Pacific Eastcoast has designed and developed PropertyPA specifically with the Adviser in mind, enabling Accountants, Financial Planners and Brokers to locate and select investment property for their clients using the extensive information provided online.

The PropertyPA web portal provides detailed information on properties from our approved portfolio including: plans, prices, demographics, rentals, valuations, images, presentations, and cash flow analysis, along with current market information on each region.

PropertyPA also enables Advisers to view details on all their clients and current purchases in process, whether they are nearing exchange or settlement, and allows them to add notes throughout the acquisition process, ensuring all parties are kept abreast as the client progresses with their investment property.

How do I access PropertyPA?

PropertyPA is one of the exclusive benefits of being a Pacific Eastcoast Alliance Member, and is only accessible for those members with a current Alliance Member Agreement.

Once you have signed your agreement, you will be allocated a username and password and can then access all information on the site.
