Pacific Eastcoast Investment Services grew from our own accounting practice in 1978.

The aim was simple - to provide clients with well researched and well located investment property. Word spread quickly, and other accountants and financial planners started using our investment service for their own clients.

It is this strong accounting foundation that ensures we keep abreast of the market and the performance of the properties we source. To date we have placed over $3 billion of investment property to over 8,000 individual investors, making Pacific Eastcoast Australia’s leading source of property investments to the professional industries.

We work business-to-business with the financial services industry and their clients. By working in this way, investors have the confidence of their Adviser's recommendation for their particular circumstances, and the security of knowing they are receiving a well-researched investment.

Our Investment Criteria

• We ensure every property we offer provides competitive advantages in the market - uniqueness is essential
   
• We generally focus on properties in the inner and middle ring radius - within 15 kms of the major CBDs - namely Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane
   
• We endeavour to maintain a spread of investment types including low, medium and high density residential, commercial and retail.
   
• We understand that different types of property suit people at different stages in their life, so we maintain a mix of capital growth and income based investments
