Pacific Eastcoast Investment Services grew from our accounting practice in 1978. The aim was simple - to provide clients with well researched and well located investment property. Word spread quickly, and other accountants, financial planners and mortgage firms started using our investment service for their clients. It is this strong accounting foundation that ensures we keep abreast of the market and the performance of the properties we source. To date we have placed over $2 billion of investment property to over 6000 individual investors, making Pacific Eastcoast Australia’s leading source of property investments to the financial market.

- We generally focus on properties within 15 kms of major cities - namely Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland
- We endeavour to maintain a spread of investment types including low, medium and high density residential and commercial
- We understand that different types of property suit people at different stages in their life, so we maintain a mix of capital growth and income based investments
