Responsible Entity Services

Within the PEC Group of companies, we hold two Australian Financial Services Licences under the Corporations Act and in that
capacity have three Managed Investment Schemes and three Management Rights Schemes under our auspices.

In this role we act independently of the primary parties to the schemes in order to monitor and ensure that investor’s interests
are protected. We receive and process monthly operational data and distribute net profits to investors, and we ensure compliance
with scheme documentation.
