Intellectual Property and Confidential Information

(a) All content, coding, text, graphics and Information available on the Website is owned or licensed by Pacific East Coast and protected by copyright and trade mark law and other laws.

(b) Copying, adaptation, transmission or reproduction of the Website or any part of it, or any of the Information is prohibited except to the extent permitted by Australian law and the Alliance Member Agreement with Pacific East Coast Queensland Pty Ltd.

(c) The trade marks which appear on the Website are the trade marks of their respective owners ("Trade Marks"). Use of the Trade Marks without the owner's consent will infringe the respective owners' intellectual property rights. Nothing should be interpreted as granting any rights to use or distribute any names, logos, or Trade Marks except with the express written consent of the respective owner.

(d) No part of this Website may be reproduced, modified, or distributed in any form or manner without the prior written permission of Pacific Eastcoast.

(e) You may only access and use the Information for its intended purpose unless you have Pacific Eastcoast's prior written approval.

(f) The Alliance Member acknowledges that the content of the Information is confidential to Pacific Eastcoast and remains the exclusive property of Pacific Eastcoast, other than that part of the Information that is in the public domain ("Confidential Information").

(g) The Alliance Member can only disclose to their Clients and third parties the Confidential Information on a need to know basis and only in direct relevance to promoting Pacific Eastcoast projects and properties.

(h) In the event that the Membership of a Alliance Member is terminated for any reason, the Alliance Member must cease using any of the Confidential Information and Intellectual Property, and on demand, immediately return all Confidential Information and Information to Pacific Eastcoast.
