Pacific Eastcoast was established in 1978 and has offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane Canberra and Perth. There are three divisions within the Pacific Eastcoast Group:
 

  1. Direct Property Division
     
  2. CPA Accounting Division
     
  3. Responsible Entity and Management Division.
     

The team consists of 25 accounting and property professionals which have helped Pacific Eastcoast  administer 7 managed investment schemes, run a successful & professional accounting practice and successfully placed over 8,000 individual investors into over $3 Billion of direct property . investments.sss

Directors

Alan G. Severino FCPA

Managing Director and founder of Pacific East Coast Pty Limited, Alan Severino, is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants and has postgraduate qualifications in Financial Management and Planning.

Alan is also a registered Tax Agent and Company Auditor, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and is an authorised representative of a Dealers’ Licence and Responsible Officer of a Responsible Entity.

Brent A. Severino B.Bus 

Brent Severino has been a Director at Pacific East Coast since 2004. 

Brent holds a B.Bus. and has over 15 years’ experience in direct property with some of Australia’s most respected firms. He has extensive experience across the residential and commercial markets in each of the capital cities and his role is to provide the research and due diligence for all our investment property alternatives.

  

 

  

 

Colin C. Allan Bbus, FCPA, REIV, REIQ, REINSW

National Administration Director for Pacific Eastcoast Pty Limited, Colin Allan is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants, and has qualifications in Accounting, Business and Compliance. Colin is an experienced Administrator in the financial services industry, and Company Secretary.

He is a licensed real estate agent in Victoria and is an Associate member of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales. Prior to Pacific Eastcoast, Colin was the Senior Manager of the State Bank of Boston in their Melbourne office, and previous to that for many years with CRA Superannuation Funds Administration. 

 

  

 

Brian C. Weinert NIA

Brian Weinert, Chairman of Pacific Eastcoast Pty Limited, has been a Member of the National Institute of Accountants since 1975, has 20 years experience as a property developer and is a qualified accountant.

Brian is currently the Managing Director of Altenburg Pty Ltd and Fairline Corporation. Prior to this, Brian was the Managing Director of Walker Corporation Ltd and a Director of Industrial Property Trust of Australia. Brian also has previous experience in the clothing and transport industries
