Managing Director and founder of Pacific East Coast Pty Limited, Alan Severino, is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants and has postgraduate qualifications in Financial Management and Planning. Alan is also a registered Tax Agent and Company Auditor, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and is an authorised representative of a Dealers’ Licence and Responsible Officer of a Responsible Entity.

Colin C. Allan Bbus, FCPA, REIV, A REINZ

National Administration Director for Pacific Eastcoast Pty Limited, Colin Allan is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants, and has qualifications in Accounting, Business and Compliance. Colin is an experienced Administrator in the financial services industry, and Company Secretary. He is a licensed real estate agent in Victoria and New Zealand, and is an Associate member of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales. Prior to Pacific Eastcoast, Colin was the Senior Manager of the State Bank of Boston in their Melbourne office, and previous to that for many years with CRA Superannuation Funds Administration.

Brian C. Weinert NIA

Brian Weinert, Chairman of Pacific Eastcoast Pty Limited, has been a Member of the National Institute of Accountants since 1975, has 20 years experience as a property developer and is a qualified accountant. Brian is currently the Managing Director of Altenburg Pty Ltd and Fairline Corporation. Prior to this, Brian was the Managing Director of Walker Corporation Ltd and a Director of Industrial Property Trust of Australia. Brian also has previous experience in the clothing and transport industries.

Brent Severino, Director of Sales of Pacific Eastcoast Pty Limited, is a Property Professional with seven years experience in direct property marketing and sales with some of Australia’s most respected agents. Brent has extensive experience in retail, commercial and residential property throughout both Australia and New Zealand. Brent leads our team of Regional Managers and oversees the successful placement of investors into direct property through our network of Advisers.
